Where do you do pixel art at i was thinking about trying to make something but not sure where to make it at. Is there like a sight or a app or something?

i use Pixel Art Studio it's an app for windows 10 but you have to pay to export the artwork or you can just screenshot or use the snipping tool to get export it for free
