you might be able to get another chance during august, but i'm still unsure; either way, during september or october, i'll (hopefully) be fully functional again and my commisison slots will be treated as usual so you can pre-order during august or september again :3

I think this time and, after the waiting and changes, it would be better to wait more until you have a defined idea of what you want and then we can work on it :3... It's not a long wait either way.
