This time around, the winner will be receiving a static icon from charmsey! I've gotten a few pieces from Charmsey and it's hard to deny that their icons are beyond adorable (re: my current icon WAHHH) - so I figured I'd give someone else a shot at getting one! I've spoken to Charmsey and have already paid for the commission.
