Take a Break... but Why?

I find it funny how it seems like some people have concern for me doing my dailies. Like even if I wasn't posting it daily, I'm still drawing multiple times in the day, every day anyway. Why is it cause you see it, there is a sudden concern for me doing it daily? It just seems odd, I'm clearly choosing to do this because I want to. The only thing I would understand anyone telling me to take a break from doing is probably digital art because I have a very small drawing tablet that causes me wrist pains. I don't have a problem with people being worried but it seems so odd, it's not like I groan and go "yeah..." when I tell them I do. I'm usually very happy about it, doing them actually made me comfortable with posting my art. Something I never thought would be possible 5 years ago when I first started to post online on Deviantart.
