A legal statute that adds the following caveat when a person is convicted of a crime that involves exploiting players of Pokemon Go: in addition to the normal prison term, whenever the convicted enters a public space (exercise yard, cafeteria, etc), they must announce themselves by reciting the Team Rocket Motto.
