Heya everyone!

As a general short life update: my family is currently at the crossroads of a of a lot of chaos. I've tried to give bare minimal updates on here because a lot of my journals have turned out rather negative, but at the suggestion of  MorinW I'm going to include a general life update as well.

My mom's health is rather out of control. Her blood sugars have been so high for so long that it's now not only affecting her vision and hearing, but also her mental capacity. Apparently she forgot to pay most of the bills for the past two months. We thankfully got back on track using every last ounce of her past paycheck, and our church even helped to pay our electric bill. Money is so tight, we're also getting help for food for the next few months.

During this time, she is planning on going on short-term disability at work so that she can have free reign to go to the doctors, clinics, and other appointments without worrying about losing pay and can re-focus on her health and getting better. However, there's a very good chance that because of her missing things at work due to her cognitive issues, that she might be fired before, or even right after she comes back from that. As family, we have a plan, but life is sort of day by day and hoping that things work out. We have a plan in place no matter what happens but it's just really hard and stressful til then.

All while this is going on, I am applying to what places I can but not having much luck as of yet. But I keep trying. My sister is also trying to apply to places closer to home so if my mom's car dies(which it has been threatening to for a while), we'll save on gas as a family. Life is chaotic. I'm trying to help manage things at home, run errands, take my mom to and from appointments, make sure she takes her meds, on top of applying to places, playing phone tag and also working on commissions.

It's a long and draining process, but I am adamant on making it all work. I haven't forgotten any of you. The wallpaper on my desktop where I work, is my current To Do List, I am sorry for the lack of updates and slow progress, but I am doing my best to juggle a lot right now and even so, I do deeply apologize for the delays on commissions...



All that aside...
