Will the Paperboy feat in Smash Bros?

I watched the latest AVGN video about NES classic Paperboy.PAPERBOY by AVGN I never played it myself but I was aware of the game. Of course, there no voting for new characters right now. And I think I will vote for Shantae again if she still be an option. But still, will he feat in the game? I personally think yes after seeing them putting Duckhunt cast in the game. I think PB will be one of the faster characters with projectiles as attack(newspapers with bricks inside lol).
Personally, I think he'd be better as an assist trophy. Like, he can ride around the stage and randomly throw newpapers in random directions, and of course players can pummel him if they so choose (though it won't end him any sooner).

If he will be featured on Mini NES, Paperboy can be featured in future games i think. Or they can put him in for the sake of honoring industry classic or milk some nostalgia nerds lol.
