well from when you first started the comic, you've slowly improved your artwork
Blake got the wolf features easily and Tsuru looked like a panther should, even if you haven't color much
While for Billy when you first drew him, you had some difficulty with the snout from the side, but you took the feedback and reference and improved on Billy's face.

MY favorite page is 5, cause Blake press his pecs on both the panther and bull at the same time.

The characters were interesting, even though they all wanted to be huge you were able to differentiate their personality to make them different.
The pacing of the story went well and there were more than enough muscle service.
The story was not that generic, but the ending was a bit predictable, especially when you showed the flashback
I didn't expect Blake's rival was a female bodybuilder, that's quite a twist.

As for doing more mature stuff, that's up to you since you're the artist

So glad you loved that panel hehe. I think it makes sense the ending was predictable and that's why I did these last 2 pages filled with good worship material hehe.

The thing with mature stuff is that it will be invisible for guests of the page and I aim to show my art to as many people as possible, guess I will have to even out both general and mature art.
