-First,
These items are NOT toys. Any injury or harm due to misuse or negligence is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All responsibility of the maker is waived at the time of shipping. You must agree that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are younger than 18, you will need a parent's consent before contacting me about a commission.
Once a first payment is made, I am assuming you have not lied about your age, and that you have had parental consent/ are 18 or older. By commissioning me you have agreed to my TOS.
-Payment
We accept paypal ONLY for online transactions. Cash may be accepted in person at conventions, but is the exclusive preference of Doberman Designs. All payments are to be made in USD. Payment must be made in its entirety, including shipping before any item is mailed out.
-Payment Plans
Payment plans are accepted for any item or items totaling more than $100. I require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE materials deposit for all items up front. If you choose to back out of your order, you will NOT receive any refund. A total of at least 80% of your total commission cost must be made before any work will be done on your item/s.
-Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Once I am paid, you will not receive ANY refund for any reason. There are no exceptions. Cancellation by the customer will not warrant a refund of any amount.
If your commission was canceled by us for any reason (you were being rude, malicious, or harassing me) you will NOT receive any refund and your commission will be taken apart and/or sold at my discretion.
Items are non returnable, and will not be accepted for any refund. Once an item is shipped, a refund will not be given for any reason.
Exchanges are not accepted on any items. Please know what you want before commissioning.
- Shipping
Shipping must be paid before an item is sent out.
Shipping prices are never included in the price of an item unless stated otherwise. They are an additional cost, and are the responsibility of the commissioner. At the time of your order, when a quote is given for your item/s, a shipping price will also be given out. That price is non-negotiable and will be paid in full before any item/s are shipped out. I only ship with the United States Postal Service. My packages are shipped with tracking information. I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or items damaged in transit. Once an item leaves the shop, it is out of My hands. International shipping is available and will be the full responsibility of the customer. This includes the regular shipping cost and any customs costs that you may encounter once the item arrives in your country.
-Warranty
There is a 90 day warranty on your items.
If for any reason, your item breaks, tears, or comes apart, it may be sent back at the expense of the customer for free repairs. Shipping costs both ways will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once the 90 day period is over, you may still send your damaged items back to me, but you will be charged a repair fee that is determined upon inspection. Again, shipping costs both ways will be the responsibility of the customer.
Alteration to the item in any way other than required adjustment via the provided straps will VOID the warranty. I will not take an altered item back for any reason.
- Harassment
If you are harassing me in any way shape or form, I will give you ONE warning. If you continue to harass, I will stop work on your commission, break contract with you, refund NO money, and send you a message with a reason for why I feel like I am being harassed.
Harassment includes but is not limited to the following:
*constant messaging about commission progress
*pestering about commission progress in person (at meetups, conventions, parties, etc)
*sending people to be rude, malicious, annoying, etc online, in person, or in any other manner
*being rude or malicious online, in person, or in any other matter
*creating slander against my business (come to me first with any problems. I am here to help you)
*advising people to block/report any personal social media associated with the Doberman Design name (personal furaffinity, personal facebook, personal twitter, etc)
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!
I am doing a service for you, but this does not mean that I am your personal slave.
- Allergy Warnings
I have dogs, cats, and reptiles. The supplies are stored in an area were the animals can not contaminate them. But, because I do have these animals living in the same areas as the supplies are stored, I can not guarantee the absence of animal hair or dander. If you need a 100% pet free home, please find another person to commission.
-Powder coating
Powder coating is from the manufacturer and is not garenteed.The more you mess with it the greater the risk of it scratching, chipping, ect. I am not, in any way responsible for any damage to powder coating at all. It is a risk that the buyer must understand. If damage was to occur and you would like it fixed i will fix it for you at a small fee.
Finally, contact between the commissioner and myself is essential.
