Back from Vacation, on to RMFC

Hey everybody! I've been gone for the last week and therefor inactive. My husband and I went on a much needed vacation. I wish I could say it was utterly amazing, but so many things went south and spoiled a bit of it. Now that I'm back I don't have much time to prep for next weekend when I head to RMFC.
I think this year I'm scratching prints and merchandise. I hate lugging them all with me and selling maybe a handful, if that- or getting the 'you're-charging-that-much?' face. I will be going with my raised pricing for badges and sketches. I'm hoping to do well this year, having missed last (the first time in years!). Anyone going?
Since I have work all the following week I, unfortunately, will not be doing pre-orders like I normally do. Fingers crossed! We could use the monetary help. Hope to see you there!
I do have a question though, if you don't mind me asking. Do you do well at this con? How are the sales compared to other cons?
Also, are they extremely strict about the sales licenses? Because I sent mind in a while ago but still haven't gotten anything in the mail. I plan on checking the Revenue offices before the con.
I've had good years and 'meh' years. It seems they become more 'meh' as there become more dealers for attendees to choose from (often due to underselling).
Licenses can be strict. If you provide evidence, they will likely work with you- fingers crossed. I didn't receive anything for Denver since all they did was write my tax number on my mailed in check. The state, though, is really good getting licenses sent out (from my experiences).
I'm hoping to get set up a little tomorrow evening, if I get off work on time.
Did you change your dealer/business name? They have the table seating up now. Dark Natasha will be a table away! ...though honestly not sure if that will help or hinder business.
