Another Metroid 2 Remake

Imagine people make with great effort a great remake of Metroid 2 and then comes Nintendos fat ass lawyer and throws a DMCA claim at them. (While Sega sees fan projects and hires these people and refuses such behaviour in general...)
Seriously, I'm sick of this bullshit. Nintendo takes everything down that doesn't print them money.
Like Let's Players from the US who have to give Nintendo a lot of the money they got through a Nintendo Let's Play...
I don't want to be angry at Nintendo, seriously, they release a lot of nice stuff on their consoles, but that huge and steady growing ignorance towars fan projects... No, just no. I don't and won't support that in any way.
From what I read on their forums, they may try to kick Nintendos butt by playing the "Fair use" card. It woudn't work where I live since we don't have something like Fair use, but in the US it could. Hope luck is with them.

Nintendo ist bei diesen Punkt sehr merkwürdig und ihre Lokalisierung und Vermarktung von meine Lieblingsreihe Youkai Watch habe sie mehr ruinert als besser gemacht . Es wurden alle Elemente bezogen für Japan wurden entfernt oder einfach gesagt verändert. Es ist eine fiktive Welt und keine echte Welt. Spiele und Anime hätte man auch seperat machen können. Den Spieler wird es egal sein wenn man einzig japanisch hören kann.
