First Week Update

Well, got the first week at the new job under my belt now. Received my first paycheck from them today and the extra $$$ was well worth the switch from my old job. My old job is still making demands on my time though, especially as we head into the busiest part of the season. We'd normally be starting overnight shifts by now...but, obviously, that isn't a possibility with my new job.
Which is great as far as I'm concerned because I don't -want- to have to work overnight shifts anymore. So, we've worked out a schedule that doesn't include overnights, but which is still loaded with hours. In fact, at the moment, I'm essentially working over 80 hours between the two jobs. -(_)- Thankfully, that should only last till the middle of next month.
Anyways, I'm still working on my various projects in the little bit of free time I have in between working. I apologize in advance if progress is a bit slower for a while. Gonna get as much done as I can each day. *tired thumbs up*

I hear ya. I worked steady nights for 4 years and it almost killed me by the end. 4years later and it's still causing me problems with my sleep schedule. Frankly I've done my time doing it and frankly say no, every time they ask me to do it again.
