☆TERMS OF SERVICE☆

Note: I no longer send inks/flat color WIPs unless specifically requested, and I do not provide my work files.
The following applies to art commission only. My leather terms of service can be found here.

Revisions

--- Revisions are changes to the piece that are NOT a result of an error on my own part. If I make a mistake or miss a detail, fixing that is not considered a revision.
--- Revision charges may apply if a piece (or WIP) is approved, and then a revision is requested afterwards. For instance, if a client approves a sketch WIP then later asks for changes after further work has been done on the piece, a revision charge may be required.
--- Most commission types come with a certain number of revisions included, and extra revisions can always be purchased. Questions about revisions and pricing are always okay!

- Minor Revision - $10: An edit that does not change the composition of the drawing, and does not require redrawing significant portions of the piece. For instance, changing the facial expression, hairstyle, or markings.
- Major Revision - $25: An edit that changes the composition of the piece or requires redrawing a significant portion of the piece. For instance, adding or removing limbs from a character, changing pose, or significant changes to the background.

Payment

- All payment is managed through PayPal invoices. Please note, you do not need a PayPal account yourself- just a debit/credit card and an email address.
- All payment must be made in full before work will begin, unless otherwise specified.
- Payment plans can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis for return clients. Payment plans are not available for first time clients. A deposit will be required before work will begin. You will not receive the final, full-res piece until it is entirely paid for.

- Underaged characters, including cubs and characters that appear underaged regardless of stated age

- All clients MUST be 18 years or older.
- If a client commissions a piece featuring a character that the client does not own, the owner of the character must provide written consent.
--- This includes gift art. If the piece is meant to be a surprise, all parties involved must still provide written consent for their character(s) to appear in a NSFW piece. Further written consent may be required based on the subject matter of the piece.
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- I reserve the right to use your commission in my own galleries, portfolios, and to promote my work.
--- Private commissions may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, but that must be discussed before any payment is made.
- Inappropriate behavior, including harassment and sexual advances, is grounds for me to cancel your commission without refund.
