In a rather odd turn of events I've been given more time. I received a phone call from the court office yesterday telling me that the hearing scheduled for today was pushed back to 9/12. While it's good that I now have a bit of time to settle into my home. It does kinda blow the steam out of our sails. A lot of people in the apartment had taken the day off to show up in court today. I called the court an hour later to confirm that the information was true. It seems that is the case.

With that said, I'm still moving out of here. I put in for an apartment that is $400 as opposed to the $529 we're paying now. The downside is that we have to pay for gas now too but I think we'll still save more monthly. The new location does put me next to a bus stop to. So if I'm not feeling physically well I can take the bus as opposed to exhausting myself on the (now further) walk over. I should be hearing back from them later today and move in well before the court hearing.

This whole situation has been beyond stressful. Thank you, everyone that donated. Thanks for also checking up on me, conversing, encouraging, and making sure that I'm ok.

I am still open for commissions to gather the money to make all this possible. This includes moving costs, first month's rent and the deposit.
