There are a group of people on the site that don't want to look at fetish work, but won't say anything to you about it because they don't want to be rude. You will gain their views/patronage if you have a 'clean' account.

Second, it signals to people that do want fetish work that you are comfortable with such subject matter, and you are more likely to gain their patronage.
