Because religious puritanical prudes rule most of the English speaking world and sex is taboo. Gosh, if it feels good, tastes good, looks good, or is anywhere remotely pleasurable then it must be bad and outlawed. Any word, or idea that conjures a pleasurable image is so horrible that it must now become a curse. The idea that a muslim woman must be covered head to foot in a burka offends a lot of North American women, but those same women don't think it's a problem for nuns to dress the same way. Religion is absurd and illogical. Say what you want, do what you want, think what you want, feel what you want, enjoy what you want, and don't give a fuck what anybody else says, does, or thinks. Live your own life and damn the rest.
