You probably saw this on Tilly~ page already but let's try here too ^^


So a friend of mine is having some issues with a commission. She order it over a month ago (normally the artist has a fast turn around) she has messaged the artist multiple times and gets "il start it soon" the last one was "il work on it over the weekend..." the weekend that just past... anyways the artist hasn't shown any W.I.P or messaged her back should she be worried, wait a while longer. Ask for a refund ect whats your guys opinion. I know the artist T.O.S say once payment is made they don't refund but if there is no service done, T.O.S isn't valid right?
