This is why spamming the page and making journals never helps because the dev wont do anything if the arts pulled off the account... Notes are golden in getting thieves banned

for the sake of reporting i always take a screenshot of the offending content just in case someone takes it down before the report gets processed.

Dunno if that actually helps.. but... yeah.

I've done that a lot but only get told "well seems the content was taking down and theres nothing left for us to do. Thank you Im going to close this ticket now"
So nothings done if the accounts cleaned out because they found out we were onto them :/

Well i have no idea what their process is but id hope they would note down the user/IP just for reference for future reports. So if proof is given harsher consequences can be given (ban evasion, multiple offences)

Then again, no website takes moderation as seriously as i expect them to. So they probably dont do that.

The reason why is because people have faked screenshots in the past to get others in trouble, so they've had to be stricter with reports. Sour grapes ruining the bunch.

Admins can still see all content regardless of the account being disabled. They haven't deleted the art, the account's just disabled.

Yes, but how many days until a staff member sees the ticket? And how long until the person in question remove the pictures?
Quieter the better when trying to catch thieves. Not all of them are stupid and think they can get away with anything just because they post it.

I agree quieter works in some situations, but with an active case of scamming, people should be made aware just in case.

liquid 93 (or something), was allowed by fur affinity's new owners to steal one of my designs and make money off of it as an original design. Mine was a freeware one I had done two years before, so he took my pose and blew it up 25% and changed the sex on the character in front.
I brought this to FA's executives' attention and they ruled in his favor.

The moral of this story, NOTHING you do and post on FA is yours, it can be stolen and one thing changed by anyone and sold for a profit, you the creator have no recourse, fur affinity refuses to do anything.
I am not that well known I don't do commissions much I do things for a small selection of watchers, no one else gives me the time of day in other words. So if someone steals my work or anyone's work it is okay.
