put your characters into a position that made you mad about it later?

So yeah, I just did. I got into a writing kick and pounded out several chapters. I'm currently writing chapter 9 and editing 5. I put my Lilly girl in a situation and now I'm mad that I did. However it's something that actually happened to the girl I based Lilly off of. The real girl got it worse though. I'm not into giving spoilers so y'all will just have to wait to read it.
