I have managed a few people already that have come and gone

Just one question, does managing my own art profile/sites/to-do lists etc. counts as experience to you? :) I have learned a lot during the 3+ years I have been here.
Also, what country are you from?
My greatest tip for any artist, generally, is try to work around 9 hours daily, like any other job would do. It makes it easier to manage things that way :O!
