dragoneer and the Tech team for all of the help and work they are still doing to ensure the erased submissions will (hopefully maybe) be restored!
in other news im using twitter more and more for posting wips, coms, and other art stuff as well as my business twitter for any and all commission related questions / inquiries. Here are some links to the twitter profiles

Don't they have ANYTHING better to do?
I'm clearly speaking out of my ass here, basing this opinion on little to no facts as I clearly don't know who the individual was nor whether they actually commissioned her in the first place.
But from what I gathered, this is over a lost agreement on art, and I again find it quite reasonable to fuck with an artist if they didn't deliver on what they were paid to deliver.
I've been scammed before a couple times and I know just how much it sucks to have someone just run off with your hard earned money.
There's many artists that shall go unnamed who scam people, get put on blast and then create a secondary accounts and rinse and repeat.
Again, I'm not siding with the ass hat that did all of this but I do genuinely understand their frustration if what they claimed was in fact true.
An Eye for an Eye would make the whole world blind.
Don't break the law just to fuck with an artist. The law doesn't care how petty your reasons are and a few hundred bucks is a terrible reason to lose ten years of your life and the pain of having a felony conviction following you for your life.
Your life isn't worth the cost of a grudge even over hard earned money. It sucks, yes. But you can always get more money. You can't get ten years of your life back. You are worth so much more than that.
Go ahead and think it stupid for someone to go to prison for hacking an account on a furry artwork website. But the Federal government has successfully convicted people on much dumber things that people have done, ruining their lives in the process. Don't be one of those people. The Federal government doesn't care how silly it sounds, only the letter of the law.
And your last couple lines are pretty much exactly how I feel on the subject matter.
I appreciate your view on the subject though!
Edit: To add something small here,
To hijack someones account for slander and laughs is one thing but to hunt for "personal information" and abuse it is an entirely different subject matter to which I think you're probably referring to. I indeed doubt that the federal government would give two shits about this situation though.
10 years prison time because you got upset an artist didn't draw you a horse dick you paid for, is one hell of a reason.
"you" being the generalized second person "you", to be clear.
Edit: Sorry friend, but it possibly just requires "damages" to be claimed. You don't wanna risk it.
Edit Edit: also, gaining access to the account probably gave the artist's email address to the person, and that would definitely qualify for "personal information", not to mention date of birth or any other information that might be in the artist's account information.
I'm aware these are two different views here and I also doubt either of us will budge on it so lets just rejoice in knowing lost-paw gets to post more art on here again!
I'm just glad she got her account back for said art to come back.
I hope they bring back your gallery successfully.
But you might want to ask him what other steps you might need to take to help protect yourself from the hacker having gained access to your account, such as now knowing what email address is associated with it and so forth.
