So new forms of established pokemon will be allowed once that game is out and we know what all the new forms are.
I would say, since the new forms is really region specific, students who are the new forms would probably be considered exchange students from that region to the PCA.

I know I should be the last person saying this but perhaps there should be a ban on characters related to that game till 3 months after release. To give others a fair chance to do their blind playthroughs. And for bulbapedia to register all the info.

While I agree, it's pretty impossible. The number of things that have been spoiled just visiting the front page of here and youtube is kinda stupid. I get something spoiled for me almost every day.
