Need advice
its not for me its for my sister.
OK so we need a lil bit of backstory before I ask for advice.
My sister came out about 2 years ago and has only just started trying to meet people.
Her previous relationship ended when she wasn't willing to "put out" as people put it.
Recently she just met up with a new girl, they aren't in a relationship yet but apparently she has become super clingy already.
So my sister would like to know, how does one let someone else know that they aren't a couple, and that they are being very clingy?
(I have no clue, because my partner and I are both clingy and we like it that way)

The easiest way is just to sit them down and tell them she needs a little more space, or she's not very comfortable with that level of closeness so soon.
