2016 is determined to slow me down (carpal tunnel)
This year really has had it in for me with the turns of luck. The latest development: last week I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in my left wrist as a result of my day job as a computer programmer/web developer. Since I'm right-handed you'd think this wouldn't be something I couldn't work around, but it's been harder than I anticipated.
As those who follow all my channels have seen, I've been able to get work done in Photoshop just fine. Inking also isn't a problem, but pencils are giving me issues. I tried all week to get the next P&C page drawn and I just haven't been able to find a position that is comfortable enough to draw. Just sharpening the pencil is a test of patience.
It'll be 4-6 weeks of treatments (plus physical therapy that I need to sign up for around that point) until my left arm is completely healed. Until then I'm going to spend this week trying to find some way to comfortably get new sketch work done.
I'm so ready for 2017, you guys.
