Writers block sucks. But I don't think your stories are bad at all. And honestly a lot of people (like myself) appreciate plotless smut from time to time. And they're not rip offs. Don't get too down!

Thanks, it's not exactly writers block as I have been writing, I just don't like anything I have been writing recently. It all just feels like I am treading old ground, I really need to reinvent myself but I am not sure how.

I feel ya, i feel that way sometimes too. It takes some time to find some fresh inspiration and new stuff to do.

What's wrong with pointless smut? Taking inspiration from something doesn't make it a ripoff, with how long the human race has existed it's near impossible to make something wholly unique. Even if the creator has never seen a similar work it's entirely possible to unintentionally mimic something already established ether by accident or by subconsciously remembering bits and pieces of something you have seen before. The important thing is to enjoy what you're writing it doesn't need to be perfect. If you think you're just doing the same thing over and over one of the best ways to get inspiration is to read other peoples work and not just what you like but a broad spectrum of the medium you're pursuing. This isn't ripping people off it's practically mandatory for scriptwriters for movies, novelists, news journalists, analysts for non fiction texts and so on. Learning from the experience of others and the reaction of popular opinion to their work, absorbing what is good and avoiding what is bad based on your personal view. The few stories I did with you I enjoyed every moment thinking up naughty things to put down and sharing feedback, though none of them became really popular and there are some things I would have changed after the fact what matters is I enjoyed it and I hope you did to.

The problem with pointless smut is I don't have the talent or imagination to write anything that has a point, be it smut or not. All i can come up with are really basic stock plots that have nothing interesting about them. Also the reason I have been not writing much is I actually find smut really hard now. I can write the into too a story really easily but the moment I actually get to the sexy bit my brain locks up. I want to expand my writing and write something more worth while but the only ideas i have are pointless smut, and derivative pointless smut at that. Every single story in my mind right now is a direct rip off of another story or comic.
