Found a weird bug with Skype.

I found out today that my Skype has been randomly blocking contacts with out my knowledge.
So if you've been trying to contact me on Skype and not getting through to you I'm sorry.
Also I'm using telegram a lot more now so wether your my friend on Skype and want me to add you to my Telegram, or a friend on Telegram that wants me to add you to Skype please note me or contact me from Skype or telegram?
