My Personal Terms of Service Agreement

Please read all information carefully, terms are also subject to change at any given time without warning. By commissioning me you agree to any and all of the following terms and understand that this is a legally binding contract.
1. You must understand that I have a family and I craft/draw in my spare time. My family is my priority and I will get to commissions when I am able to and in the order received.
2. I will finish the art/craft commissioned but please give me some time, I don’t mind commissioners checking on progress but please be reasonable and give me actual time to finish. If I give you a deadline I will alert you ahead of time if I’m unable to finish in said time but unless otherwise stated I WILL FINISH.
3. I will send you a progress pic of the commission. After you approve of it you will pay via paypal, D.A. points or other previously agreed upon method. After payment is approved I will finish in the order received.
4. I do not accept payment plans of any kind unless previously agreed upon. No exceptions.
5. PLEASE keep in mind there may be commissions in front of yours. I will let you know your place in line and also when I am able to start.
6. Once I finish your commission and you have paid, I will not issue a refund. It’s unfair to me to finish a project and not get paid for it. However, if I’m halfway through and you request a refund I will refund only part of the full amount due to purchasing of supplies and wasting my time.
7. I have the right to cancel any sort of transaction if I think you are being rude in any way. I have no patience for ignorance.
8. Understand that if you attempt to scam me in any way you will be placed on multiple beware lists as well as a personal and shared do not commission list.
9. You must credit any and all work that I complete for you. You have the right to post it to ant of your personal websites.
10. You do not have any permission to sell or gain any sort of compensation for any of the commissions I complete.
UNDERSTAND THIS IS A LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN US. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANTYHING THEN DO NOT COMMISSION. THIS IS TO PROTECT BOTH MYSELF AND YOU THE COMMISSONER.
