saving up money for top surgery

so..
as the title says,
i need to save up money for top surgery
i'm at a point in my transition where things are pretty settled,
but now i want to get my top surgery done (i've got myself set up with my insurance and they're even gonna help cover some of it)
that being said, it's still gonna at least cost me like 3k to make any of this happen?
i want to have this done sooner than later, because the discomfort and impact on my mental health is really high,
but... money... lol;;;
so, i feel a little stuck/upset
i barely have the energy to draw anymore, but maybe i can offer headshots or something?
something small, idk
does 15$ for a sketched/coloured headshot sound reasonable?
if not, what type of commissions are y'all interested in?
donations are always welcomed, but i always feel awful about straight up asking for that only lmao
anyways,

my goal is to basically get in for surgery by this november
and i'm really anxious because that's not far off *____* haha..

just not all of it, because they consider some of the surgery stuff "cosmetic" and what not

I just want to say that if the character is on the more complicated side, I'd bump the price up by a little or let you offer a price.. it wouldn't be much of a bump, tho
