Paypal Invoice Problems? Any one having issues too?

~*~Peaches and Tea are on the table help your self! ~*~ Is anyone else having problems? I'm struggling here. Anyone have any suggestions I've googled it and everything. some suggest sending a reminder for the invoice but its not doing anything.
IF you can get an email and use the "request money" option or set up a "Paypal me" link :)
