Here's a chunk from the Nerf gun painting guide I just uploaded:
Vinyl Dye:
Any plastic that hasn't been painted is a candidate for vinyl dye. You'll always want to go with vinyl dye when you can, (though the color palette is limited) because vinyl dye will give you a clean color that won't chip, scratch, or peel. Why? Because vinyl dye actually sinks into the plastic, instead of merely covering it like conventional paint. You can find it at autoparts stores. I use the Duplicolor brand myself, because it's easily obtainable and gives good results.
Anyways, final exams start this week. I'M GONNA DIE!!! ;,;

Autozone and such are far more likely to have the Good Stuff. :K) Try their store-locator online, maybe there's one closer than you think.
