COMMISSION GUIDELINES!
PAYMENT
Payments sent by PAYPAL or PAYPAL invoices by default. Other payment options may be considered, note me.
Payment is to be sent before I start work on the commission.
ART GUIDELINES
I do NOT do NSFW works, and may decline to work on content which I do not agree with.
WIPs will be sent on request. I may stream the work on the art. Do point out any changes you want during the sketch periods or there may be no change to it once it gets finalized/you may have to pay additional fee for changes.
Completed art will be sent through note, or submitted to DA or FA, or all, depending on which is preferred.
Full Refunds will only be issued if I deem that I am unable to complete the commission due to any issues I may encounter, or if I have not yet started work on the commission and you wish to terminate.
50% refund for commissions terminated at the end of sketch phase.
No refunds for completed/finalized work.
ART OWNERSHIP
Artwork will still be owned by me, under the Copyright and Creative-Commons acts. Rights to any image/work of mine may be discussed.
Do not use my works and trace/recolour/repost them claiming your ownership.
Do not "resell" my works.(Be they paired with characters, etc. to up-value them)
COMMISSIONING PROCESS
When you want to obtain a commission, please read through the above statements.
Note me with what commission type you wish to commission, or a comment under any commission announcement journal/post.
I will either agree or disagree to the commission request.
Payment will be agreed on, arranged and/or sent before work will commence.
Do provide these items.
Character Reference: I would prefer as many references you can give me, Visual references are preferred, I can work with character concepts, text references, but there is no guarantee to the accuracy from those, do provide colour swaths or at least approximations for non visual refs. I might not work well with "stock" references. Case may vary. Do provide clothing and references of anything that might be used in the picture.
Character Background/Personality: A short write up or a link to any additional information about your character will allow me to better understand your character and their motivations. And thus better express them.
Your desired pose/expression/content/idea/feeling/theme: Guidelines for what you want me to draw in the commission, eg, you want the character stuck in a tree... The character lazing around all day in bed... The character really sad-mad... Dancing... Working on robotics... etc.
Do you want WIPs, or prefer the work to be streamed: WIPs will be provided upon request. One initial sketch, one finalised sketch, one initial colour.
Streaming of the work may incur additional charges depending on my availability of time.
