Dear everyone,
If you have not noticed, I no longer really utilize any online gallery, nor commission art, nor draw much anymore. I work a full time job as an engineer monday thru friday. Often times i get home and seldom have time to really unwind during the week. On weekends i am often running about with local friends (or in the case of this upcoming weekend, playing with my new 2016 car i pick up friday...) or hiking, or cooking... I just find that I have lost the interest in the art community. That is NOT to say i have lost interest in the community, or artists whom I admire, of course, but merely I don't find it necessary or in my best financial interests to actively seek artwork of my characters. Surely you understand. I don't want to say that I have moved on from the community, for deep down I most certainly have not. However on the surface.... Aye.
In addition, please don't feel personally offended if say, on telegram, I don't reply much to you. I have a pocket of people i habitually maintain contact with, and I lose track of faces less talked with. It's not personal. Not at all. I just have hit my ideal threshold of peeps, and while there is not a necessarily polite way to say this, I am not actively seeking new friendships via chat (however, you are still welcomed to talk to me, I may just be slow to respond in some cases.) That being said, if you are local to me and I don't know you, definitely chime in and say hello. I much prefer physical interaction over that of a text box.
While I still get cute gift and doodles from good friends, and dabble with pen and ink now and again, it would unlikely show up here. My suit makes occasional appearances locally.
I still of course utilize twitter daily - feel free to check out siberia_copper over there and say hello. Any art/photos that I do obtain, would appear there anyway.
I do not have intentions of any further conventions. However it is possible I may make an appearance at AC2017.
I have no intentions of closing my FA account so long as its allowed to remain open whilst inactive, so still do enjoy what I have here.
