I figured that since I was making this journal, I should also post where else you can talk to me on. First however:

So since I cannot log into skype anymore, I'll give it some time maybe a week or less and see if I can somehow log back in again. And do trust me, I looked at my firewall, reset'd my password TWICE, even my yahoo one too cause I received one of those phishing scam emails on there.

If it says you are already logged in despite not being logged in, go into the Task Manager, go to Processes, and kill the Skype process. Start the program again, and you should be golden.
Unlike me, you have that fancy city-boy internet, so it'll take you no time at all.
