Well write it to a list, piece of papier works most satesfing in a long run.
If you know something has piority, put it towards the top.
Then without hasitating start on the top of the list.
Do what you can do, without overstressting yourself.
When something is done you put a line on it so you visually see "thats done".
That way you would over time get the stuff done and you see a visual success. it also gives you a lead of what to do next when you like in the comic "I got so much to do and I dont know where to start"
It better to start just somewhere and get something done, as just standing there and have nothing, in the end of the day.
maybe this helps you a little to get to somewhere.
I'll tru the paper aprouch, niece also told me to print text's on paper first, mark things as I read and only afterwards write the summary at my PC. I guess a more physical list would work better than the tab clusterfuck witch computers now. Maybe this will work better, maybe.
