Adobe Premire Pro & Speedpaints?

Since I've been paying for Adobe Cloud for awhile now, I figure I'd take advantage and use PP since Windows Movie Maker no longer wants to save my videos anymore.
ANYWAY, what screen recording programs can I use that will save my speedpaints in a PP friendly file?
I use OBS studio but my speedpaint file doesn't seem to be compatible with PP.
It sucks I worked on this speedpaint and now I can't share it.
Looking into other programs, I also have Cam Studio
No wonder why Windows Movie Maker kept crashing as I tried to save it lol
But Premiere is pretty good at processing large things, so, it's much easier.
