Personal Update & Questions

Hello reader!
Thank you for checking in with me. I have been very slow in art for some time down. For those who don't have me on twitter - I badly hurt my wrist and can't hold my stylus for long periods of time. I had to fight my way by only drawing a minute here and there, then 5 minutes, 10, 15, and now I can just about push 30 minutes before JUST discomfort sets in. I'm hoping this mean my fingers, palm, and wrist are on the mend.
I'm working on the current ongoing commissions when my hand can allow it. I've had a few wonderful people be willing to be placed on a waiting list and I hope to get to that soon. I also have almost finished setting up the tripod and camera to livestream me working on that raffle badge winner. I also will be working on my other raffle winner after that. I have a few other arts to finish up that aren't FA related and I'm also working on that slowly. Recently I've been working on Inktober on my twitter. It has been a blast and a learning experience. I challenged myself to not using any pencil sketch for the first week. Wow is my anatomy extra wonky if I just put straight ink to paper. I've started to pencil sketch first then ink and am greatly enjoying that a lot more. It's been so long since I've done traditional media so I hope to one day make more polished pieces for people to buy and commissions (the originals could be shipped too :D ).
My question for watchers because I would like to plan out the future:
Are there people wanting and or waiting for something special for commissioned art in the future?
Things such as regular commission slots where people apply for it?
Anymore YCHs (if so, what sort of YCH do -you- want?).
Are there any interests in adopts (I still have the sketches from my first batch I be happy to ink up and sell them if there was interest) ?
Any fanart of something? (Pokemon, Digimon, MLP)
Do people want more mass effect related art and if so what type? Just straight fanart, commission slots, or ych of ME related things?
Is there any interest in personal art (of Sora sona) ?
Anyone want more NSFW pieces? If so, what sort of theme and how? ( like what form of fetish and custom commissions or ych )
I essentially would like to know what sort of content people hope to see out of me. If it's within my power I will work towards meeting the hopes and expectations of people.
A small personal update was that last month was my birthday. The best gift I could ever get was the kindness and patience my commissioners have given me. Thanks to the no pressure, the encouragement, and concern for my personal health I was able to enjoy my transition to age 28 stress-free. Thank you guys so much. It's folks like you that motivate me to keep trying and to not give up on commissions and art.

When you say straight or bi, does this mean couples or single art?
When I say straight/bi, I refer to couple art and things like orgies.
