it's not a difficult service to obtain but... it can be rather expensive, and not something you can install yourself. (At least i don't think?) There's an unofficial mod for the 3ds that many smash players who stream will have installed. It's called a capture card. It's definitely NOT endorsed by Nintendo. That said my sister has her 3ds modded. She hasn't the capture card yet, but she got a controller mod installed that lets her play her 3DS with a game cube controller for competitive play. When she wakes up I'll get more info for you.

I'd suggest going with who ever she went to. They didn't try to take advantage of her at all even after she paid and hadn't sent her 3DS off for half a year after payment. I'm not trying to discourage you but I wanted to be clear of the implications you face if you go this method.

You have to pay $200ish USD

You'll have to send your 3DS away to someone who will work on it.

for you it will have to clear customs a minimum of 2 times. (there and back. But customs is prone to hick ups so it may end up being processed more than once at any given processing center)

Customs can take any where from aq couple days to process an item on up to 2 months depending on the item listed on the forms and where its going.
If your device is still under warranty by Nintendo, this warranty will be voided. So if anything at all happens to it that could have been fixed or replaced, you won't qualify for this.

So i mean it can be a pain. For me it wouldn't be worth it. but I'm not everyone. Best of luck though.

thank yu for your reply. i think i just gonna go buy the bloddy capture card kit then Q_Q its so damn expensiv :c but atleast that way i know my 3ds wont end up with some corrupted people and reduce my chances of it getting stolen ^^ i dont trust people i dont know if i send stuff away ^^
