i'll try to be brief, over the weekend at AZFC I found out that one of my old friends passed away, I haven't seen them in a long time so did not affect me as much, I was still in shock seeing as how it happened so suddenly, I've known her from High School classmate to a College classmate too even a coworker.

I was speechless knowing someone my age just past-away out of the blue like that :(


that got me thinking life is short, have fun . You never know when your time is coming. enjoy the now and making good memories when ever you can.




At the age of 23 with no known medical conditions. She was diagnosed with a massive double pulmonary embolism. Blood clots formed in her legs and had travelled to both lungs. This being the cause of her "natural death."
