I wasn't sure if this was a weird request or not, but I was curious -- does anyone know of any artists who are willing to color in other artists' linework?
I'm still learning myself, but I have one lineart in particular that I felt deserved a skilled artist. At the least, I'd like to take a shot at it.

Depends on the size of the piece and the depth of work required. Usually it's not much at all.

I know some will do if you have that.. errr file for it. I wanna get all my brindle stuff colored eventually.

I have a .png for it with a transparent background. I've actually gone in and darkened the lines so they were black (as opposed to blue/blue-ish) if that does any help.

In this case I specifically requested permission from the artist before I purchased the lineart.
