Animated Icon Commission Raffle 16-OCT

Good news for everyone who has kept up with my art, and have seen my animated things!
I have started commissions recently, but the Animated Icon portion was still not available... well...
I will only be able to Handle one for the time being. I don't want it to be first come first serve, I want people to have a fair shot, so I will go with a raffle for anyone who wants one, using Picarto's Raffle system.
A 70$ commission, of a character portrait of your choice, colored and animated:
