Need to figure out how to not feel sick when drawing

♥ Whenever I draw I start to feel "ill" or get a headache about thirty minutes into starting. Basically only happens when I draw digitally. I just need to figure out how to avoid that.
no idea why it happens lmao
Maybe I just need to get a more comfortable setup.
For now i'll just eat stuff a lot lol
like stopping every 15 minutes to watch a video on youtube
or play a game every few hours
