Ever felt like maybe the world would be better without you?

As in, ever thought that you were just a bad influence on people's lives? Not to say that you deliberately upset people but rather that you set out with good intentions and thoughts, only that these actions have negative results. And it especially sucks that people can't see good intentions and thoughts but they can see negative results.
The feeling like the wrong choices are the only ones you're capable of making. You know that you're trying not to be this way and that you go out of your way to enrich people's lives. But when you do attempt to do good, you always feel as if you have underachieved or failed. Like maybe you just have to accept that this is who you are and best you can do is just not interact with people because at least then you can't hurt them.
I don't usually talk about this because I kind feel this is like saying 'Hey everybody! Come and feel sorry for me!' But I have been feeling pretty blue lately and it does feel good to get my thoughts out there.
