My adivce to you is never get into a love triangle. They never work out nad someone always is going to get hurt.

well the only advice I can give is that you need to solve this on your own. Cause it doesn't matter what we say, the choice in the end is yours. I can only tell what happened to me as I did on MSN.

Thats a tough situation man. I went through this a few years ago and made the wrong choice. I ended up getting screwed over bad. Instant Karma I guess. I would say whoever you feel you would hurt the most deserves to be with you. Thats my advice.

I don't know more than you said above and I'm a stranger, so take my advice with a grain of salt. I hope you don't mind too much me offering it anyway.

You love them both and don't want to hurt either of them, right? That leaves two wild-cards in the decision; practical considerations and them.
Practical considerations -- Is there anything that might prevent you from having a relationship, or interfer with your relationship, with one of them and not the other? Distance, for instance, or parents? If so, it will harm both of you! Choose the more convenient lover for everyone's sake.
Them -- It's not just you, after all; love is a two-way street. How do they feel? Do they know? Have they spoken? Maybe they should; maybe you all should! If they love you too, they need to be in on the decision. (If you're really, really lucky they'll fall for each other and you can have a trio. Yeah, chance in hell...)

Anyway, take it easy on yourself, you're probably in horrid emotional pain. And stress, which can't be good for your system; try ginseng tea, maybe extra vitamin C to help keep you well. Good luck!
