See You at Furpocalypse!
I really should pay more attention to this site! I've been too busy to keep up with much here, unfortunately.
I will be at Furpocalypse in Connecticut this weekend, so I hope to see everyone there. If you're going, please leave a comment and I shall watch for you. :)
I'll have a bigger update sometime soon. All is well and I am living comfortably in Pittsburgh!

Safe travels, please; I'll be there on Thursday evening through midday Monday.
All is well here and I am gradually getting settled. I'm finally in a comfortable, albeit basic, apartment and can take my time in finding something long term. Things are looking quite positive!
I saw your recent journal about being overly busy, but I know you're doing important work, so I hope everything gradually begins to even out. As you settle into a new job, familiarity and comfort with the routine help to surface little blocks of free time here and there, and I'm sure you'll get into a groove that really works for you. Hang in there. :)
And thank you, sir. :3 It's definitely getting there, I've realized that the key thing that always pushed me forward was the presence of deadlines. Without them I become listless and even down, so I've applied a few to projects and so far it's been working very well. A slow process to be sure, it's almost like getting back into the groove of school assignments, but I'm certain that if I did it once, I can do it again!
