Hm... What is your favorite book?

I know it's not a book, but - have you heard about a web serial called 'Worm'? It's got a bit of a slow start, but once it gets going, it really gets going. Same goes with 'Mother of Learning', published on FictionPress. It's not complete, but it's really worth a read; it's very... rational, for lack of a better term. There's a logical system behind the core facets of both stories that appeals a lot to my inner nerd!

As for books, the most memorable one I've read is Quadehar the Sorcerer. Got me into magic and fantasy as a kid.

Hm... I haven't heard of either of those things, but they sound interesting. I'll keep them both in mind.

Me... my favorite books tend to flitter in and out depending on what I read. Right now, my favorite is actually Frank Herbert's Dune. A touch dated today, but it's still incredible how imaginative the whole thing is.

I've heard a lot of good things about Dune! I'd love to read it someday, if I can find a copy of the book.

It shouldn't be hard to find a copy of the book. One thing I would suggest: steer clear of the David Lynch movie based on that source. It's actually not as terrible as I think some people would suggest, but it's still not a good movie by any metric, so...

It's about a lizard warrior - one of the biggest and strongest of his tribe/kingdom - getting captured, enslaved and then broken by the enemy. It's extremely kinky, but will most likely have a fairly happy ending. That's the plan at the moment, anyhow. }--]

What go you into the whole demon/TF/furry fandom?

To be honest, I got into the fandom because I was looking for porn of Garrus Vakarian, from the Mass Effect series! And the one who got me into TF stories was Leo_Todrius and 9delta, whose stories are awesome. I didn't even like TF at first, but their writing got me into it. }--]

What got you into TF stories?

Leo_Todrius and 9delta writing! Honestly, I wasn't too big on TF before them.

Those two are both damn lovely at his. Leo did some great ones based on Borderlands 2 creatures. And remember that series of 9Delta with 4 parts, about learning the culture of a dino-y species with an avatar like controlled body?

Mine is kinda the same as Blackcomb. What got you in starting to write stories and then to furry related stories in general? Did you drew inspiration from another writers of the community?

You are one of my favorite writers from this community, so this could lead me to find another writers too and expand my library.
Reading this stories is fun for me, and english is not my mother language, and I ended up learning many things! As much as I understand english fine, I do wirte it kinda poorly, and many specific terms (like body parts, clothing, and so on) are somethat hard for me, and these stories helped me expand my vocabulary a lot.

I jus wanted you know that you helped me in that.

Mhmm! I've said it above, but yeah: Leo_Todrius and 9delta, really good - albeit older - writing. I don't share all their kinks, but maaan they've got some good stories out. I'm still trying to get to their level of descriptiveness; I've got the mental aspect down, I think, and the personalities. The transformation process I'm still working on and trying to improve.

I'm really glad to hear that I'm one of your favorites, and that I helped you like this. I hope I'm able to continue doing so through my writing - and feel free to note me if you'd like a little advice in terms of how to write. }--]

9delta is fantastic, buuuut he has some pretty seriously kinky stuff. It's his worldbuilding that I find phenomenal, though; something about his writing just sucks you into the world. I've done similar things - I was very happy with Opalite Resort, for example, because I felt I was able to give the setting life - but I have a special soft spot in my heart for those fantastic, medieval worlds. Give me a magic system to play with and you've got a happy demon! }—]

A question you say? Hmm..how about this: What made you first realize that you were into aspects of the furry fandom?

Using myself as an example, a few years ago I was on deviantart a lot (mostly looking for amazing Mass Effect art), and noticed many of the Anthro drawings and was all like, "Wait, isn't this that furry stuff I heard so much about? I've heard it gets really explicit and crazy, but that can't be true, right? I mean, its just blown out of proportion, right?"

Curious, I headed off to Google and found a few nude drawings and I remember thinking, "Oh man, its true! Haha, kinda crazy, but whatever, it can't be that big of a deal right?" And of course, I was also thinking how surprisingly good the art was for whatever drawings I saw.

Found FurAffinity (or a site like it) but didn't sign up, and was mostly amazed at how extensive everything was. But I didn't just turn back after a few minutes, I stayed on for at least a couple of hours looking at pics. Surprised at how into this I was, I just shrugged and went about my day. Fast Forward a few months, and once again, I'm curious, returning to look at some pictures. Once again, another couple of hours is spent.

A few months later, at one of the various message boards I was frequenting at the time, a poster brought up a game they played through that was NSFW called Corruption of Champions. I thought, "What's so bad about it?", started playing, and realized it was basically TF's and porn, and couldn't believe such a thing was out on the internet. Like, the drawings I could see, even the animations, but text games? And sure, there were romance novels out there that were a bit risque, but surely not a lot of people could be into written furry porn, right? RIGHT?

I spent...quite a long time playing that game. Had to kind of accept, "Yup, I'm guess I'm into this now". Lol! Not exactly a bad thing by any means, but it did make me realize I had quite the dirty mind/imagination based on how many kinks I'm into.

The alien porn. Definitely the alien porn. -Laughs.- So in a different comment I said I found FA when I was searching for stuff with Garrus Vakarian in it, because I had a gigantic crush on the guy. Finding FA from that was like suddenly finding a stash of all the stuff I never knew I was into - I immediately went 'holy shit' and looked for all the stuff on aliens, monsters, etcetera that I could find. It was a good thing, too; I've made a lot of good friends here, and in fact met my current boyfriend through FA.

Interestingly enough, though, the first time I realized I was into weird/atypical porn wasn't FA. It was when I was searching up Digimon and accidentally found some pictures of Wargreymon with an erection. Man, that was a confusing day for my sexuality. -Snickers.-

And haaah. Corruption of Champions is great! I hope to release a game like it one day, actually, but erm... preferably a little more friendly to character development. I forget the name of the white lizard fellow, but he's basically my favorite character in the game for all the development he gets. The thing is, I want every encounter to be like that, which is a massive undertaking. I don't want to just click a button called 'tease', I want to actually talk to the person, flirt with them a bit, and prime them for seduction (or, alternatively, corruption). Depends on the path you're taking.

I mean, you can't just take off your pants and shake your hips at someone, y'know? You gotta get them in the mood first! Even if they don't know what they're mood they're getting yet. ;)

So yeah, incredibly ambitious project I want to do someday! :D

What do you think of audio books? :3 I know some writers frown on them these days due to people not reading as many books, so I like to see what people think of them. :3

As for me, I'm a 22 gay writer with a little too big of a libido at times, I live in the US, I'm 6'8, and I'm blind as a bat without my glasses. \O/

Hah, you're a year older than me! I haven't listened to audio books, actually. I certainly don't dislike them; I think they make stories much more accessible to people who are blind, for example. Also, it allows people to consume media without necessarily having to stop to read. I think any writer should be happy that people are reading their work; the method of enjoyment doesn't matter as much as being able to experience that world we've created and crafted.

Hah, I figured that much about your libido. ;D You're damn tall, though! Also, I may be as blind as you are. I can see about four inches from my face now. It used to be six!

Yeah, my eye sight is poo. =3= Though I'm not sure how far I can see, it's pretty minuscule though.

Personally I've had little time for reading books as of late, not that I don't want to, but it has been harder due to my extremely busy work schedule, so it has been a joy for me to be able to enjoy books in some form. :3

I used to RP with people a lot, on IRC, on Furnet. Often, they either asked if I wrote anything or suggested that I should, such was their opinion of the quality of my RP posts.

The most embarrassing thing I've ever written is probably some of that really early RP content. :P

My sona? He's just a generic demon, haha. I don't generally give my sona as much backstory as I do other characters since he's a bit of a self-insert; giving him a history of his own separates him from... well, me!

I can't quite match your level of detail - I find my transformations tend to be rather samey in the specific details, and I'm trying to learn from your writing - but I can still craft unique worlds and characters, thankfully!

Yeah, I appreciate that in your stories. I'm only starting to delve in, but if the characters are different from story to story, that's the hard part. The transformation details comes down to what species you're doing, and then variations upon a theme.

Since I was young, I always felt like the body I was in as something undesirable or not quite right. I was always playing pretend as something other than human too. I discovered the fandom when I was 14 and fell in love with it. GaytorDragon was sort of a compromise. I wanted the name Gaytor, but it was taken at the time, so I added Dragon. If I could change it now, it would be Magnus.

Heh, fair enough! Magnus is probably also a taken name, anyway; it's a bit on the common side. I love the name, though!
