Opening three commission slots

I've been missing from FA from quite some time, as I'm sure some of you have noticed - mostly because of school. I'm a game programming student and oh boy is the workload harsh; it's a little hard to balance the sheer volume of work I have to do. That being said, part of that was an exchange program where I studied in the States for three months and that... was very expensive, let's just say. -cough-
So! I need money, and therefore I'm opening commissions. Three slots, rules and prices are as follows.
PRICES:
$12 per 1000 words for a story of up to 8,000 words in length.
$15 per 1000 words for a story of 9,000 words or more.
No discounts because I'm low on both money and time - my apologies.
RULES:
1) Payment upfront. If it's a longer story and you want to split your payment half before/half after, we can discuss that. I'll send you an invoice for payment via Paypal.
2) I won't start writing until I receive payment, and how long it takes is dependent both on how long your story is and how long the other stories before you in the queue are. In other words, it's fairly hard to say, but I'll tell you when I begin writing and when I expect to finish the story, and you can contact me at any time for an update.
3) Refunds are available based on the amount already written. If I haven't written anything, you're entitled to a full refund; otherwise you're entitled to a partial refund based on what's already been written.
4) We can discuss a general story outline together - or, if preferred, you can just give me a general direction to go in (kinks and characters, general plot, who wins, etc). Note that once written I will not do major changes that require me to rewrite large sections of the plot - it's important to specify changes when we're working on the outline.
5) You are entitled to three minor changes (more dialogue, different actions, etc) so long as they do not require everything after it to change.
