Need Help Picking Commission Artist

I'd like to get some commissioned art of Andy romping and bucking and being a wild mount, but I'm not sure which artists out there might be able to pull it off or have experience at expressionistic toony art (and who is currently open for commissions). I would welcome suggestions on toony artists currently open for commissions who you think might be able to do this.

kresblain. He knows how to draw riding critters as well as some toony expressions. He has drawn Timmie getting a few rough rides.
