Yeah, it's being hosted by copicmarkertutorials.com who hosted the exact same contest back in april directly on their site.
And then it was found out to be a scam to get people on their mailing list, after which they removed all trace from their site and pretended it didn't happen.
I ready through the rules and it says you can actually request the name of the winner if I am correct with legality lingo.
I assume this is because no one has come forward as a winner?
And what if they give a dummy name?
A fake person set up to be the winner, as copicmarkertutorials picks the winner, so only they have the list.
The internet is a scammy and shady place, I'm not trusting any "giveway" I see twice.
Also, if they were so proud of the contest, why was the original completely removed from their site before?
Their site doesn't have any contests listed as far as I've seen.
I can't run I already put my shit in. If they give a dummy name than
I assume if you were willing enough you could just take legal action.
OF COURSE up vine or whatever it's called IS CREATED to get more business
to your website.
Im confused. All of those links just lead to a giveaway. None of them are saying it's a scam.
I thought you meant there were thousands saying it was a scam.
*sigh*
No, I was saying those were the dead links from the original because you had said their site lists nothing about giveaways, just wanted to show you that people had been linking to the now deleted giveaway on their site.
In fact, if they had been so proud of it, they'd have at least announced the winner on their site.
But the giveaway page was removed a week before the contest ended and everyone was confused as hell, since they said back THEN that the winner was to be announced on the site.
So we all felt screwed and realized it was a scam :V
I'm sorry but you CANNOT state a positive without solid proof.
No screenshots, links to sites our journals saying it's a scam.
Even anecdotal evidence would work in this case.
But you don't have any. It's strange that I found nothing on the internet
because they are ALWAYS up in a tizzy when a scam happens.
I understand you are getting frustrated but you can't just tell me something
without evidence and expect me to believe it.
If you provide me with links or screenshots I will be inclined to take your side.

Along with thousands of other DA journals and facebook posts from april :V
They used to have a giveaway forward slash, it seems, but it's gone now after the backlash, I'm guessing
And yeah, upvir.al is for more views and traffic, but a few of the things hosted through it end up being scams, and upvir.al has no control over that.
