I am no longer taking commissions for the time being until I've comfortably been caught up on my current load...
If I had not contacted you in a while and have questions about your commissions, I assure you that I'm working on them as fast as I can but trying to keep quality, but if you would still like to ask don't hesitate to send me a note.
If you are going to send a note, PLEASE LABEL YOUR NOTE!
Label it as "Commission Question -(and the date you commissioned it)"
