I'm so, so sorry. I can't even imagine... reading this, it made me think of how natural it feels to think your friends will always be there. It's not even a trite "you take them for granted" thing, just that they're so precious and such a large part of your life that it's unthinkable that they'd ever just be gone. I wish I could do something, but I doubt anything anyone can say will take away the pain... only time can do that. Spend time with loved ones, let them remind you of what you still have. Life will eventually go on, even if it doesn't feel like it right now, and we all offer our sympathy and best wishes.
